Simon Brewster Studios prides ourselves on sourcing sustainable and environmentally friendly printing practices from all our suppliers. All of our chosen paper stocks come from renewable resources and we are pleased to offer a wide range of 100% recycled papers and cardstocks. As well, we offer a bright white 100% recycled stock that is produced chlorine-free. Our supply sources use zero VOC solvents and there are even free options for soy and vegetable based inks.

Design Brief / Budget / Timing

Our design studio will work with you to create a design brief that stays within your budget and time-lines while still creating a unique and captivating design. Even if you have a hard deadline we can work with it in most cases, as we try to be flexible with our time and yours.

Design Meeting

We will set up a time to meet to discover your vision and the concepts that might best bring it to life and then go just a bit deeper to learn about your business, your goals for this project and your intended audience. Once we have an understanding on your requirements, Simon Brewster Studio will refine them further into solid ideas that will allow us to create initial draft designs.

Initial Concepts Presentation

We will give you a first glimpse at what we have created for your design and to explain our motivation for what we have done.  Then you need to take some time to form an impression before we get your feedback. Our client's initial response are always great, however it is usually best to ponder the design for a few days after your first reaction and assemble your revisions (if there is any).

Revisions

It’s always normal to seek some fine-tuning here and there on any design and we welcome our clients to let us know what needs to be done. Colour adjustments, new font style ideas and image variations are all part of the process to ensure an end result that will suit your style and your business needs.

Preparation for Print

Once we receive the final approval on the design from you, we will prepare ready files for printing or offset press. Press-ready PDF files are then supplied (as part of the original quote if requested) to our third-party print suppliers or provided to you for use at your own supplier, either electronically or by physical media (CD/DVD or USB Drive).

Printing

If printing is part of the quoted process, Simon Brewster Studios will ensure that it will be done to our exacting specifications. We will order, supervise and then deliver the final product you expect within a reasonable time frame to your door or where it has to be.

And lastly, an important note:

All designs created at Simon Brewster Studios are custom graphic design concepts and all artwork belongs to you, the client, upon receipt of final payment and the project's completion.
